I am interested in the TITAN T1 Home Gym. How long has it been around and what can you tell me about its origin?
The early predecessor to what is now known as the TITAN T1 was taken from drawing board to the building phase nearly 9 years ago. From day one the TITAN T1 was envisioned to be an all in one solution that would provide a level of quality and function not seen before in the Home and Commercial Gym Equipment market. What started out as a very remarkable design has continued to evolve and now offers an overwhelming array of exercises not found on any competing gym equipment in the world.

What is the difference between the TITAN T1 and the Conan?
The original TITAN T1 went by the Conan for several years until 2005 when its name was changed to Titan T1 worldwide. The current generation TITAN T1 has several added features absent on the older Conan's such as seated leg press (high and low), assisted pull-ups, counter balance system, cable cross over, low and high cables etc.

How long does it take to build each TITAN T1?
The TITAN T1 is manufactured by experienced craftsmen and engineers by hand. It takes over 130 hours to build each TITAN T1.

How hard is it to assemble the TITAN?
The TITAN T1 is partially assembled at the factory so most of the detail work has already been assembled. All the tools you need to assemble the TITAN T1 will come inside the crate.

How long will it take to assemble the TITAN?
The TITAN T1 on average takes 1 hour to unpack and remove the protective plastic wrapping and 2 to 4 hours to assemble.

What is the minimum size of room I can place the TITAN in?
The TITAN T1 is 250cm (L) x 220cm (W) x 223cm (H). Your room should be at least 3m x 3m to fit the TITAN T1 along with all components. It is good to allow 4m x 5m so that there is enough room to do squats and other exercises at the back of the machine. Of course, the bigger the room is, the better.

How and where can I purchase a TITAN?
The TITAN can purchased direct from TITAN Equipment and Authorised Dealers. Only authorised dealers who meet the highest customer service and quality control standards are allowed to carry the TITAN products. Please contact us for more information.

Where can I see a TITAN and try it out?
Due to high demand and limited quantities, the TITAN T1 is primarily being sold online at this time. Sometimes we can also find a willing TITAN owner in your area who is more than happy to showcase his/her machine. This of course is on a case by case basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cash and business/personal cheques. Orders paid by cheques require three additional days to process. The majority of online retail stores will accept the same payment listed above.

Do you offer a payment plan?
We do not offer a payment plan from the factory at this time although we can put you in touch with some of our affiliates that do offer a payment plan. Please call us and we will help you figure out a financial arrangement that will work for you.

What is the cost of delivery?
This varies from product to product and also depends on promotions. We will always try to offer you the best delivery price we can. TITAN Equipment has gone to great lengths to reduce delivery costs to the absolute lowest possible.

How long does it take from the time I order to the time the TITAN is delivered to my house?
We ask that customers allow 7 to 10 working days in Australia and New Zealand (Unless told otherwise by TITAN Fitness staff).

What should I expect when the TITAN arrives?
Normal delivery is curbside. The TITAN T1 arrives carefully packed into one reinforced crate. Options may be attached to the top of this crate. Inside the crate you will find written instructions as well as an informational CD. All the required tools for TITAN T1 assembly are included as well.

What should I do if there is apparent damage to the shipping crate that the TITAN comes in?
Every crate is inspected before it leaves one of our warehouses to ensure that it leaves in excellent condition. If it arrives to your door damaged, then the freight company has mishandled the product during transit and you should carefully survey the damage with the driver. Note any damage on the consignment before signing it, if the damage is not too severe. We can replace any damaged or lost part. If possible, take pictures of the damage for evidence in case a claim is necessary. If the damage is severe then you should refuse the delivery and we will send you a new TITAN T1.
