Over the last 18mnths, training with a goal in mind to compete at a State level,
I was always looking for new ways to stimulate growth in my muscles.
A number of Titan T1 exercises were vital for me to grow.
The ability to safely bench with full range of motion (split handles) and still lock off the smith machine was awesome,
My legs in particular were a body part which needed extra attention.
I turned to the Titan T1 which I had access to through my work. My reasoning was simple, I could do heavy, growth promoting leg work, squats and leg press without the discomfort of having a bar across my back.
The ability to use the Titan as a Machine Squat is fantastic and allowed me to load the weights right up, it took strain off my back and enabled me to concentrate fully on developing my quadriceps.
The leg press was also excellent in bringing out my quad sweep in the upper parts of my legs and finishing with the super smooth leg extension to shape and define.
There is no doubt in my mind that the Titan is largely responsible for enabling me to win a State Title and be good enough to place 4th at the Australian Titles.
I highly recommend anyone who is serious about their training to invest in their future health and fit body and buy one of these machines.

| “For us the Titan T1 is the ultimate gym” |
It is far better designed and built than any other home gym I’ve looked at. Once we got used to setting up for the various exercises we were able to create a few of our own. It is very flexible that way. We have combined it with power blocks, a good quality treadmill and elliptical walker as well as a few other small things like balls and balance equipment. We now have better quality equipment in our home than our old gym had. It is so much nicer working out at home. I never imagined I could get the quality and range of equipment I did that fell within my budget. I would never have been able to do it without the ingenuity of the Titan T1 gym equipment. I thought the whole shipping process was very well thought out - impressive to say the least. I did find the assembly instructions a bit ambiguous at times but the company helped me very quickly. I think it was because I got so many of the options and it got hard to tell one piece from another. I had a big problem because I mixed up the bar from option F with the bar on step 25. Despite the minor problems we love the machine and are very happy with it."

The TITAN is excellent – I can do all the exercises I would otherwise need a full scale gym for – and they all feel really good. It doesn’t take that long to learn how to make adjustments to set up each exercise. Definitely a system most suited to people who have had previous lifting experience. John was very helpful and polite at every stage of the purchasing and installation process [thanks John!]

Hi Gavin,
I’ve had the Titan T1 for a few months now and although it took me a couple of sessions to figure everything out I have to say that this beast has been my best investment in gym equipment to date. I have owned my PT studio for a few years and my gym equipment was getting old and needed an upgrade, so I started to do my research and found out about the Titan T1. Once I saw the quality of the Titan T1 I immediately purchased it for my studio. I am amazed at how many exercises I can do on this machine and I am constantly finding new ways to train different muscles! One thing in particular I like with the Titan T1 is the counter-balance feature & the adjustments, my clients are all ages/sizes, male & female, and this beast seems to adapt to “everybody”! Your help in answering my questions (sorry I had so many), and fast delivery was great! I did have some trouble with assembling option A & A1 but Titan was quick to help with providing over the phone help. I am very happy and would not hesitate recommending the Titan T1 to others in my industry.

Hi there Daniel, been very busy lately so I have not had a chance to give you any feedback regarding my new acquisition of gym equipment - THE TITAN! Mate I am absolutely wrapped with it, turns out that it is actually better than I had anticipated. Not a body part to be ignored from now on! Looks like I'll be acquiring some significant size in the coming years using the Titan. So thank you very much, to say the least I am a happy customer.

I truly believe the Titan is everything you will ever need in a home strength training machine. It doesn't matter what your goal is: add muscle, lose fat, build strength, gain speed, increase power... you figure out what you want to do, train hard and the Titan will deliver. No ifs, ands or buts..
I heartily recommend the Titan T1 to anyone who wants the power, flexibility and quality of a commercial gym in their own home. The Titan is built to last, and it will provide you and your family with a lifetime of enjoyment.

I had been on the hunt for a complete home gym for quite some time. Being an ex-amateur bodybuilder, I wanted something that could satisfy my serious workout needs. I had decided on a smith machine cage with an added weight stack and accessories. It didn't have everything that I wanted, but I had to sacrifice certain things, as there was no way any one system was going to deliver everything I needed. I was going to have to make due for now, until I could purchase additional pieces of equipment to add to my home gym. I had actually placed an order for a smith cage ensemble when I happen to come across some information on the Internet about the Titan T-1 system. I couldn't believe this thing when I saw it. It seemed to do pretty much everything I wanted.

Hi,
You guys have been terrific. I've been very impressed with the great customer service. It's very rare to receive this level of service from a company anymore. In fact I don't recall getting this kind of service from any company, ever!
I really like the machine. It's well built & well thought out. It's amazing to me that they're able to fit all of those exercises into one machine in a fairly compact space. It really is a complete gym full of equipment all in one. I consider it to have 4 styles of equipment in one package; free weight rack, Smith machine, counter balance system to use in conjunction w/the Smith (which is unique), & the pulley system. Not to mention the counter balance system acting as an independent pulley machine with option F on the back.
Love the Titan T1 and will be recommending it to everyone!!
